The Hamilton 1700 Series Gastight Syringes are available in volumes from 10¬µl through 500¬µl. These syringes have precision-machined PTFE plunger tip that creates a leak-free seal. The plungers are replaceable. The 1700 Series Gastight syringes handle smaller volumes and are suitable to most applications requiring the handling of corrosive fluid transfers, pipetting, standards make-up, and dilutions. Maximum temperature for Cemented Needle is 50°C (122°F), Removable Needle, 115°C (239°F) and PTFE Luer Lock, 80°C (176°F). Maximum pressure rating is 500 psig for 250 and 500¬µL, all others are 1000 psig. These Hamilton syringes can be ordered with a Certificate of Calibration. The Certificate of Calibration will be provided with the product and the procedure is performed with an unbroken chain of calibrations traceable to N.I.S.T. Please request at time of purchase.
