The modern alternative to pipette bulbs, the macro™ combines powerful suction and sensitive meniscus control with an easy-to-use, ergonomic design. Compatible with 0.1 to 100mL volumetric and graduated pipettes calibrated "to deliver" and "to contain". A 3¬µm hydrophobic membrane filter protects the unit from overaspiration and allows for pipetting to Class A tolerances. Operation is simple even for the novice user. Squeezing the bulb once powers the lever-controlled aspiration of as much as 50mL into the pipette; dispensing speed is controlled by applying light pressure on the control lever.
