Thermo Scientific Precision Standard Incubators feature gravity convection permits heat to enter from all points on the wall and floor of incubator for uniform heat distribution and reduced air movement to prevent cross contamination. Superior heat distribution eliminates hot spots and provides temperature uniformity of up to ¬±1°C at 37°C. The adjustable hydraulic thermostat reacts quickly to temperature changes. Radiant wall heaters outside the chamber eliminate safety hazards of exposed heaters. The pilot light indicates when the heaters are energized for safe operation. The corrosion-resistant aluminum chamber is easy to maintain and clean while the powder-coated paint and exterior steel construction ensure durability. The shelves are perforated for optimized temperature transfer to samples and can easily be removed for thorough chamber cleaning.
