Tank thermometer meets all API and ASTM specifications. This thermometer case is designed for hand use in testing the temperature of crude oil in an open tank. It is equipped with spring clips for replacement of the thermometers. Wooden back tank with a brass cap. Cotton cords/ropes for lowering the tank thermometer sold separately below. Ropes have a 1/8" diameter, complete with ring from which to hang the tank thermometer.
