These sterile polystyrene conical-bottom centrifuge bottles are economical and disposable. High-density polyethylene screw closure. Excellent for sterile cell culture applications. Designed for use in low-speed refrigerated or non-refrigerated centrifuges up to 5800 x g. Bottle and closure are gamma-radiation sterilized. Molded-in graduations. Individually packaged. Must be used with NALGENE adapter for conical-bottom centrifuge bottles (Cat. No. DS3126-0175). For proper performance these bottles must be filled to 80% of the total capacity.
